What sets the family apart is that we finance our land ourselves. Owner financing is serviced in-house through Ranch Enterprises Loan Servicing, so we're the seller and the lender on the same deal — no bank qualification, no broker handing you off to an outside finance company. One team knows the tract, the note, and your account.
