Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Guadalupe Ranch Co. (“Guadalupe Ranch Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells Texas ranch land directly as the owner-seller and finances purchases in-house. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541). It applies to this website and the inquiries and accounts associated with it.
Personal data we collect
We collect only the categories of personal data we need to respond to you and operate our business:
- Identifiers and contact data— your name, email address, and phone number, which you provide through our contact and inquiry forms.
- Communications— the message and any details you choose to share about the land or financing you are interested in, along with our correspondence with you.
- Usage and analytics data— technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, used to measure traffic and improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive data (such as data revealing health, race, religion, precise geolocation, or biometric or genetic data) and ask that you not send it to us. We do not direct this site to children and do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
How we use personal data
- To respond to your inquiries, send matching tracts, pricing, and owner-financing terms, and arrange tours.
- To send marketing and informational emails about our ranch land and financing, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To service accounts, complete transactions, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
- To measure site traffic, understand how visitors use the site, maintain security, and improve our content and services.
We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is nothing for you to opt out of in those categories — but you may still opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who handle it on our behalf and under contract, and only as needed to provide our services:
- Supabase— database and application hosting (stores your inquiry and account records).
- Resend— email delivery (sends our replies and email campaigns).
- Vercel— website hosting and traffic analytics.
- Telnyx— SMS and telephony messaging.
We may also disclose personal data when required by law, to comply with legal process, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
Your privacy rights
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access it;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format; and
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling — though, as noted above, we do not engage in those activities.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sam@ranchenterprisesltd.com or by phone at 830-777-9111. We will respond within 45 days and may extend that period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, after notifying you. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
