Stand near the middle of Tract 32 at Lohn Hollow Ranch and you'll notice the land settles out flatter here than the tracts around it, and higher too. The roll is gentle, a matter of maybe 23 ft of fall across the whole 17.45 acres, so the place reads level under your boots while still shedding water the way good pasture should. That's where a drive would come off, and it's where the powerline runs as well, along that same south edge, so electric service is close at hand. The southeast corner holds a new gate to the county road, and CR 300 fronts the east side for around 710 ft, with a fence run along that eastern line between you and the road.

Brush is thin here, sparse compared to some of the thicker tracts nearby, and worked through it is a good mix of oaks. That's the kind of ground you can move across without fighting it, shade where you want it and open where you don't. Deer and Rio Grande turkey work this part of the ranch, along with dove and quail, and the lighter cover means you can actually see them cross. A homesite up on the level ground would look west toward the creek line.

Much of the hard part is already done on this one. Road on the south, gate on the southeast, fence along the county road, power running the south line, and water in the draw on the west.
