Start at the west side of Tract 9, because that's where the work is already done. About 490 ft of existing dirt ranch road runs the length of it, north to south, a worn line through the Duval County brush that gives you a way in and a way to move around. Walk it. This is 10.4 acres of ranch land for sale at Sendero Creek Ranch, and the road on the west boundary is the first thing that tells you somebody has been here before, working this country.

Follow the road south and the ground barely moves under you. The whole tract falls only about 10 ft across its length, which is to say it's close to level, easy walking and easy to picture a set of plans on. You won't fight the terrain here. The brush is South Texas brush, the kind that hides deer and holds quail and gives the place its shade in the heat of the afternoon.

The corners are surveyed, so before you ever sign you'll know exactly where your lines run and what falls inside them. That matters out here. Records in this part of Duval County are thin, and the survey and title work are what govern the boundary, not a fence line or an old trail. We'll walk those corners with you if you want to see them stood on the ground.
